Academic background
Graduated in History from St. Andrew's University in 1982. Called to the Bar in 1984. Formerly a member of King Charles House Chambers in Nottingham until joining St. Mary’s Chambers in 2001 to concentrate on and develop his Family Law practice.
Areas of expertise/interest
- Undertakes all aspects of Family Law including public and private children work and ancillary relief cases together with family related civil work.
- Particular interest in financial disputes between unmarried/cohabiting couples, co-ownership of land, contentious probate and Inheritance Act work.
