Overview
Tim joined chambers after successfully completing a specialist family law pupillage. Tim’s practice covers all areas of relationship breakdown, with a focus on Financial Remedy, Schedule 1 and TOLATA claims.
Tim graduated with MPhys in Physics from the University of St Andrews in 2008 and LLB in Law from Coventry University in 2010.
Prior to completing the Bar Professional Training Course Tim worked as a paralegal and junior fee earner at a generalist high street law firm and a boutique civil litigation firm where he gained a broad experience of all areas of family and civil litigation.
Practice Areas
Tim has experience in all aspects of Financial Remedy proceedings and accepts instructions to appear, advise and draft documents on behalf of parties and intervenors in all aspects of proceedings including, applications for maintenance pending suit, s.37 injunctions, FDAs, FDRs and Final Hearings.
