Court of Protection
Under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, vulnerable adults who lack the capacity to make certain decisions can be dealt with by the Court of Protection. This can be for a whole range of issues, from management of finances to wellbeing and welfare, deprivation of liberty, medical treatment and human rights.
These cases require skilled and sensitive advocates and advisers and we can provide you with a range of options. Our team can assist in all aspects of the Court of Protection process, from pre-action advice and help with applications right through to legal representation during court proceedings.
